Whether you are dealing with the aging process, a person of any age with a physical/medical disability, or a caregiver looking for information and assistance, you have come to the right site. We are focused on a single purpose: providing caregivers, seniors, and persons living with disabilities with the tools, skills and knowledge you need to make life a little easier.
We are part of a national Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) network funded in part by a historical partnership between the Administration on Aging and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The chief goal of the ADRC is to create a single, coordinated system of information, access and assistance for persons age 50 and over and their families and caregivers and persons of all ages with physical disabilities. SWIRCA & More serves residents of all income and health levels and also supplies information on positive aging issues.
This service is available at SWIRCA & More's office. Callers will receive information about services for all ages as well as referrals to the appropriate service provider agency.
Please contact the ADRC to speak to an Options Counselor today.
