The stretch and tone class incorporates the use of hand weights, Therabands, endurance, and balance training into this 45 minute class.
Monday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise that was first used by Chinese monks to improve concentration and physical well-being. Tai Chi
includes low impact aerobics that combines breathing exercises with slow gentle movements. Tai Chi is also a great way to work on balance and coordination.

New Session Begins June 10th - 8 week Session, $10 fee
Enhance Fitness is an evidence based exercise program through Senior Services in Seattle Washington. All participants participate in a pre and post physical test. This class focuses on stretching, flexibility, balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training.
Thursday 9:00 a.m.
Although not exclusive to those with arthritis, these exercises are designed by the Arthirits Foundation and focus on daily living range of motion movements.
Wednesday 1:30 p.m.
This class consists of lower impact, easy to follow, Latin-inspired dance steps. A great way to stay in shape and have fun!
All exercise classes are taught by Certified Instructors .
